Return/Exchange policy

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will be happy to exchange or refund any item purchased from Canadian Tag within 30 days of the date of purchase upon presentation of the original invoice.

Any returned item must be in a new condition, unworn and unwashed  and with the labels. Any damaged product will not be exchanged or refunded.

For exchanges and refunds*, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to our address. If the return is due to an error from us, we will refund you the shipping costs on the same payment method that you used previously. In the event of an exchange, shipping costs for the new item will be covered by Canadian Tag.

Sale items are neither exchangeable nor refundable.


How to return a purchase?

Customers must contact Canadian Tag Customer Service by email at: [email protected]

and provide us with the completed return/exchange form. A copy of the completed form should also be included with the shipped items. We will make every effort to respond within 48 business hours on your request. It is possible that the delays will be longer, depending on the time of year.
